Dear customers, we are dedicated to provide you with the most convenient and efficient after-sales service. Please read the following terms and examples carefully.

• 1. For online purchases that need to be returned, please apply for a return and refund through the original order.
• 2. For online products requiring a exchanging(only support for the same item with a different size), please first apply for a return and refund on the original order, and then place a new order. If the re-shipped order does not qualify for free shipping, any additional shipping costs incurred will need to be noted as “exchanging re-shipped order; please return shipping fee” when placing the order, or contact customer service via WhatsApp to register for handling.
• 3. If you need to return the school uniform, please take it to the designated shop: Workshop 1, 19F Orient International Tower, NO. 1018 Tai Nan West Street, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon, HongKong, Tel: +852 21160674, Working hours: 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-18:00 from Monday to Saturday (except public holidays)
• 4. Returns are not supported under the following circumstances:
  
  • 4-1. Any markings have been made on the label or clothing
  • 4-2. The product has been washed or artificially damaged
  • 4-3.The label and tag of the product have been torn off
  • 4-4. The product has exceeded the 15 day return and exchange deadline
  • 4-5.Specially customized school uniform products
